You’ll need to pay the total bill before we return your drone. FlyandTech has the right to keep your drone until all payments are cleared.
Once your drone is submitted, our expert team will start working on it. We aim to finish the repairs quickly, but delays might happen if we don’t have the required spare parts. If this happens, we’ll inform you and keep you updated.
After the repairs, FlyandTech provides a 10-day warranty starting from the day you receive your drone. The warranty only covers the replaced part. If your drone gets damaged after the repair, the warranty on that part becomes void.
You need to collect your repaired drone within 7 days after we notify you.
