Refund and Return Policy

At Fly and Tech, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

  • A proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

  • Returns not meeting these criteria may be refused at our discretion.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Drones or accessories that have been used, flown, or altered.

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our support team at support@flyandtech.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and detailed return instructions.

  • Package the item securely and include the RMA number with your shipment.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., a defective or incorrect item).

 

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Please note:

    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

    • A 10% restocking fee may apply to opened or non-defective items.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • To request an exchange, contact support@flyandtech.com.

  • Exchange delivery timeframe: 7 days from approval.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos or videos of the damage/defect.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Replacement delivery timeframe: 7–10 days.
