How Our Drone Repair Service Works :

We aim to fix your drone quickly and at a fair price. First, we thoroughly inspect your drone to find any problems. After the inspection, we’ll contact you with a price estimate and a list of parts needed. If you agree, we will:

  • Fix the necessary issues.
  • Update the firmware.
  • Re-calibrate your drone.
  • Test it to make sure it’s flying perfectly before returning it to you.

Our main goals are great customer service, top quality repairs, and using the latest technology.





    Drone Repair Terms & Conditions:

    Estimates and Approvals:

    • Once we receive your drone, our expert team at FlyandTech will check it to find out what’s wrong. We’ll then give you an estimate of the repair cost, and no repairs will be done without your approval.
    • Before proceeding the inspection, please note that if the issue is not covered under the warranty terms and conditions, an inspection fee of ₹1,499 will be charged. This fee is non-refundable and covers only the cost of checking the problem. It does not include any repairs.

    Customer Responsibilities:

    • Make sure to remove all personal data and accessories from your drone before handing it over for repair.
    • Please let us know if your drone has had any previous repairs or modifications.

    Pricing and Payment:

    You’ll need to pay the total bill before we return your drone. FlyandTech has the right to keep your drone until all payments are cleared.

    Repair Process and Timeline:

    Once your drone is submitted, our expert team will start working on it. We aim to finish the repairs quickly, but delays might happen if we don’t have the required spare parts. If this happens, we’ll inform you and keep you updated.

    Warranty:

    After the repairs, FlyandTech provides a 10-day warranty starting from the day you receive your drone. The warranty only covers the replaced part. If your drone gets damaged after the repair, the warranty on that part becomes void.
